These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to ShopForge, operated by SCORP. By creating an account, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Purpose
ShopForge is a SaaS platform that uses AI to help novice sellers create and optimize a complete Etsy shop.
2. User account
You must be 18 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time from settings, which triggers permanent deletion of your data (see section 7).
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ShopForge in compliance with applicable laws and with Etsy's own terms.
Using ShopForge to generate counterfeit, fraudulent or IP-infringing listings is forbidden.
ShopForge may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and conditions are shown on the pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. ShopForge never stores credit card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of ShopForge (code, design, brand) are the exclusive property of SCORP.
Content generated by the AI from your inputs (listings, branding, SEO) belongs to you and can be reused without restriction.
6. Liability
ShopForge is an assistance tool. Final decisions to publish, edit or remove listings are yours.
SCORP cannot be held liable for commercial, tax or legal consequences arising from using the service.
7. Personal data
How we process your personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Under GDPR, you can export or delete your data at any time from settings.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
